These terms cover using zahabi.sa as a shopper and as a gold store. By using the site or listing on it, you agree to them.

What zahabi.sa is
zahabi.sa is a marketplace. We list gold pieces from independent, registered gold stores in Saudi Arabia and price them from live market data. We do not own, hold, or sell the pieces ourselves. Every sale is a contract between you and the store.
How prices are shown
Prices are calculated from the live spot gold price, the piece's weight and karat, the store's making charge, and 15% VAT. Spot gold moves continuously, so a price shown on the site is indicative — the amount payable is the price at the time of sale in the store.
Reservations
Reserving holds a piece at the store for 6 hours. It is not a purchase, no payment is taken online, and it does not lock a price. Full detail is in the Reservation Terms.
Store accounts and listings
Stores must be registered businesses with a valid commercial registration. Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we may reject, return for correction, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful. Stores are responsible for the accuracy of their weights, karats, prices and stock.
Subscriptions and payments
Store plans are billed monthly in advance through Moyasar, our payment provider. Card details are entered on Moyasar's hosted page and are never stored by us. A plan runs for one month from payment; renewing early adds to the remaining time. Plan entitlements — listing limits, reservations, featured listings — apply while the plan is active.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to defraud, to list pieces you do not have, to reserve pieces you do not intend to collect, or to scrape or automate access. We may suspend an account or block a phone number for abuse.
Your data
We collect what is needed to run the service: a shopper's name and mobile number to identify a reservation, and a store's business and contact details. Reservation details are shared with the store holding the piece. We do not sell personal data.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and its live pricing available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Prices depend on third-party market data, which can be delayed or unavailable.
Liability
Because the sale is between you and the store, disputes about a piece — its quality, weight, price at the counter, or the store's conduct — are between you and that store. We will help put you in contact with the right store. Nothing here limits rights you have under Saudi consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
