Reservation Terms
Reserving a piece on zahabi.sa holds it for you at the store for a short time. It is not a purchase, and no payment is taken online. Please read these points before you confirm.

A reservation is a hold, not a sale
Reserving does not buy the piece and does not transfer ownership. It asks the store to set the piece aside for you so you can see it in person. The sale itself happens in the store, between you and that store.
Your hold lasts 6 hours
The piece is held for 6 hours from the moment you reserve it. After that the hold expires automatically and the piece returns to the marketplace for other buyers. Reserve again if you still want it and it is still available.
No payment and no deposit
You pay nothing to reserve, and we never ask for card details on this site. Anyone requesting online payment to hold a piece is not acting for us.
Keep your 6-digit code private
Your reservation code identifies you at the counter. It is generated for you alone — do not share it. Bring it with you, along with the mobile number you reserved with, to collect the piece.
Prices follow the live gold market
Listed prices are calculated from the live spot gold price, the piece's weight and karat, the store's making charge, and 15% VAT. Because spot gold moves continuously, the price shown when you reserve is indicative — the amount payable is the price at the moment of sale in the store. Reserving does not lock a price.
Availability and store decisions
Stores manage their own stock. A piece may already be sold, withdrawn, or mis-listed, and the store may decline a reservation. In that case the hold is void and nothing is owed by either side.
Your details
We collect your name and mobile number only to identify and confirm your reservation, and we share them with the store holding the piece. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Fair use
Reservations are for genuine buyers. Repeatedly reserving pieces you do not intend to collect, or automating reservations, may result in your number being blocked from reserving.
Our role
zahabi.sa is a marketplace that lists pieces from independent gold stores and prices them from live market data. We are not the seller, we do not hold stock, and the contract of sale is between you and the store.
